Privacy policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

Needle to Wax LLC (“we”, “us”) runs needletowax.com and The Sleeve. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name and email when you RSVP to an event, join our newsletter, add a record to our want list, tell us about a collection, or contact us. Dealer applications for The Sleeve also include your phone number, business details, logo and photos.
  • Purchases: if you buy from us, Shopify collects your order, shipping and payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Visit information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through Shopify analytics and cookies.

Why we use it

  • To run events and review dealer applications
  • To answer your messages and follow up on collections and want-list requests
  • To send the newsletter, only if you signed up for it
  • To fulfill and support any purchases
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that run our site and business: Shopify (website and checkout), Tally (forms), Google Workspace (email) and our email newsletter provider. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies

We use cookies that the site needs to work, plus analytics cookies to understand visits. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner. We honor browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of that email.
  • Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@needletowax.com. We respond within 45 days.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising or any sale of personal data. We don’t sell data, and we honor these requests if that ever changes.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Dealer application details are kept for future events unless you ask us to delete them.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
